Ramy Lotfy
Co-Founder & CEO
LinkedInRamy brings over two decades of commercial and strategic expertise in the energy sector, working across Africa and internationally. As Chief Commercial Officer at CWP Global and at Tullow Oil, he oversaw global commercial strategy, capital raising, M&A, and asset delivery across the value chain, leading the closure of several sophisticated, multi-billion-dollar deals integrating private and public funds.
Ramy has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Finance).
Charles Haworth
Co-founder & COO/CTO
LinkedInCharles is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of global experience in renewable energy, technology leadership and strategic operations. As COO and CFO of CWP Global he oversaw a diverse portfolio spanning five continents, following 16 years at GE, including as Global Head of Commercial Operations, Offshore Wind.
He holds a PhD in Physics from Imperial College London and is a recognised voice on the energy transition, digital innovation, and the intersection of climate and capital.
